Life is not a bed of roses, but still have to move forward fearlessly till the end of time...

The Arrogance of Authority
A DEA officer stopped at a ranch in Texas , and talked with
an old rancher. He told the rancher, "I need to inspect your
ranch for illegally grown drugs."
The rancher said, "Okay, but don't go in that field over
there.....", as he pointed out a distant location.
The DEA officer verbally exploded, saying, " Mister, I have the authority of the Federal Government with me!"
Reaching into his rear pants pocket, he removed his badge and proudly displayed it to the rancher. "See this badge?! This badge means I am allowed to go wherever I wish.... on ANY land!! No questions asked or answers given!! Have I made myself clear...... do you understand???"
The rancher nodded politely, apologized, and went about his chores. A short time later, the old rancher heard loud screams, looked up and saw the DEA officer running for his life, being chased by the rancher's enormous Santa Gertrudis bull......
With every step the bull was gaining ground on the officer, and it
seemed likely that the officer would be gruesomely gored before he reached safety. The man was clearly terrified.
The rancher threw down his tools, ran to the fence and yelled at
the top of his lungs.....
"Your badge........ show him yourBADGE!!"

I MISS YOU BOTH

Lyrics
English Translation:
His lonely back seemed so unfamiliar
I just watched him as he walked along
And tears just formed so I just cried
Because I hated myself for not knowing all this time
I just watched him as he walked along
And tears just formed so I just cried
Because I hated myself for not knowing all this time
Because he always pretended to be calm and smiled
Because he always pretended to be strong in front of me
I didn’t even think of it, I thought I would never see it
So I didn’t know about his lonely back
Because he always pretended to be strong in front of me
I didn’t even think of it, I thought I would never see it
So I didn’t know about his lonely back
I didn’t know back then, I was too young
You must have been lonelier than anyone else but I didn’t approach you
Now I finally know, I hope it’s not too late
These are the words I wanted to say so much, I love you forever
My father
You must have been lonelier than anyone else but I didn’t approach you
Now I finally know, I hope it’s not too late
These are the words I wanted to say so much, I love you forever
My father
After watching him for a long time
I ran to him and just hugged him
I wanted to just cry, I wanted to cry in his arms
Because my gratitude toward you was so sad
I ran to him and just hugged him
I wanted to just cry, I wanted to cry in his arms
Because my gratitude toward you was so sad
I didn’t know back then, I was too young
You must have been lonelier than anyone else but I didn’t approach you
Now I finally know, I hope it’s not too late
These are the words I wanted to say so much, I love you forever
My father
You must have been lonelier than anyone else but I didn’t approach you
Now I finally know, I hope it’s not too late
These are the words I wanted to say so much, I love you forever
My father
You pretend to feel better after letting out a deep sigh
I can see your invisible tears
You don’t cry over your scarred heart with the painful wounds
I made those scars but why do I keep blaming you?
And your eyes showed you were tired
But you hid it, such a liar
Now I will embrace you, you can lean on me
And your eyes showed you were tired
But you hid it such a liar
You are forever a high sky to me
I can see your invisible tears
You don’t cry over your scarred heart with the painful wounds
I made those scars but why do I keep blaming you?
And your eyes showed you were tired
But you hid it, such a liar
Now I will embrace you, you can lean on me
And your eyes showed you were tired
But you hid it such a liar
You are forever a high sky to me
Your beaten hands, your wrinkled eyes
Your lonely back – I’m not used to any of those
Maybe that’s why I was like that, that’s why I hurt you
Even your turned back seems like baggage that I left behind
I haven’t done anything for you, I haven’t given anything to you but
These are the words I wanted to say so much, I love you forever
My father
Your lonely back – I’m not used to any of those
Maybe that’s why I was like that, that’s why I hurt you

What I learnt from GE13
From Malaysia General 13th Election we know :
Voting box can fall from the sky.
Voting box can appear after electricity blackout in counting process.
Voting box there is "normal" and "special" type.
Voting box can be sent to vote collection centre with special taxi from airport.
Voting box can dissappear few hours , and suddenly sent to vote collection centre.
Foreign workers can decide Malaysia citizen's future.
Some armed authority can use violent to people.
The police and anti-riot is only to protect government body, not the people.
Anti riot force is used to scare the people.
Permanent ink stays 7 days NOT on the finger, but in memories.
Permanent ink has "halal" and "non halal".
If vote ballot paper has deformity and reported, it was not allowed to change, and voters being chased away.
It takes very very long to count vote, even after 5 hours of voting due time, voting is still counting.

Hongkie, Singaporean, Indonesian & Malaysian
Being a Hongkie is good because...
1. We are Hongkies and not Chinese.
2. We can talk and shout and nobody gives a damn.
3. Jackie Chan is our icon.
4. We can live in a 5' x 5' cubicle and call it luxury apartment.
5. Our children can speak Cantonese at a young age.
6. We get to blame everything on Feng Shui or the mainland communists.
7. Gambling is more interesting than sex. Macau is the place to go for thrills!
8. We produce a lot of Miss Hong Kong to the enjoyment of the rich and famous
9. Our Christians can pray to Allah
We love being Singaporean because..
1. We are not Malaysians.
2. Everyone (especially Malaysians) hates us, except ourselves.
3. Famous for Orchard Road and we love Geylang. Geylang is the place for thrills!
4. We have our own island.
5. We will never ever have yucky chewing gum stuck under our shoes.
6. We know how to enjoy our vacation in Malaysia - keep a few RM50 notes before you enter the highway: You can speed and throw anything, anytime, anywhere.
7. We can speed up to 180 kilometers per hour on Malaysian roads and not end up with a summon as long as we have RM50 with us to pay the traffic cops when caught. 8. The men are always concerned, first question to ask a girl 'Do you have CPF?'
9. Never fear of getting lost in our country - S$20 taxi ride will end up in the sea.
10. We never have to worry about finding Mr or Ms right because the government will find one for us.
11. 1 Singapore dollar = 2.5 Ringgit... nyek nyek nyek.
12. It's OK to be 'Kiasu'. It's part of our culture.
13. Our Christians can pray to Allah.

MCMC published the following criteria in its website:
- Only applies to Malaysian citizens from the ages of 21-30;
- Monthly income of RM3,000 and below;
- Smartphone models below the price of RM500;
- Each youth is only entitled to purchase one smartphone;
- Customers can either use their existing mobile broadband or apply for new packages;
RM200 rebate only for smartphones below RM500
The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has revealed that the RM200 smartphone rebate announced in Budget 2013 is only for smartphones priced below RM500.
MCMC published the following criteria in its website:
- Only applies to Malaysian citizens from the ages of 21-30;
- Monthly income of RM3,000 and below;
- Smartphone models below the price of RM500;
- Each youth is only entitled to purchase one smartphone;
- Customers can either use their existing mobile broadband or apply for new packages;
According to the notice published yesterday, the rebate programme under the National Broadband Initiative (NBI) has been allocated a sum of RM300 million by the government which will benefit 1.5 million youths.
A blue stamp was visible at the right corner of the website that read Janji Ditepati, Mulai 1 Januari 2013, Budget 2013 (Promises Fulfilled from Jan 1, 2013, Budget 2013).
However, Malaysiakini found that the website has been inaccessible since this morning.
Criteria finalised
When contacted by Malaysiakini, MCMC compliance department assistant director Fairul Rizal confirmed that the criteria for the smartphone rebate displayed in their website have been finalised.
Fairul explained that the website has been taken down since today as some of its designs have to be modified.
“There are some adjustments that need to be made to the advertorial mock-up in the website… We need to remove the blue stamp that says ‘Janji Ditepati, Mulai 1 Januari 2013, Budget 2013′ as the management does not agree with the display of it on the website,” added Fairul, who is also a committee member of the Youth Communications Package that is responsible of the rebate implementation.
However, when asked on RM500 ceiling price placed on the rebate, Fairul refused to comment.
Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak on Sept 28 under Budget 2013, announced a rebate of RM200 for the purchase of one 3G smartphone for youths aged 21 to 30, with a monthly income of RM3,000 and below or without monthly income, from authorised dealers under the Youth Communications Package.

Ministry to work with industry to minimise unhealthy food ads
Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers' (FMM) Food Manufacturing Group had volunteered to implement guidelines on limiting children's marketing exposure to foodstuff with little or no nutritional value.
“They have agreed to self-regulate. This is an industry pledge and they will work with advertising associations to make sure products that do not meet the criteria of nutritional value are not marketed to children aged 12 and below,” he said after chairing the 11th National Food Safety and Nutrition Council here yesterday.
The new guidelines were adopted from the global best practices outlined by the International Food and Beverage Alliance (IFBA), which promotes self-regulation among industry players by way of a formal pledge.
The Malaysian pledge requires only products that meet specific nutrition criteria to be advertised to children, on TV or other media.
The pledge also specifies that companies should not advertise food and drinks that contain high sugar, salt or fat content on TV, where 35% of its captive audience is made up of children.
Companies that take up the pledge also cannot promote products in primary schools, unless requested or agreed to by the school administration for educational or informative purposes.
Liow pointed out that the pledge was significant as it represented a step forward in the bid to “trim the fat” and deal with the growing rate of NCDs, such as diabetes and heart disease.
“As we can see from the statistics on such diseases, the figures are going up every year. We cannot wait... we cannot just continue to discuss the issue and not act. We have to fight obesity now,” he stressed.
FMM Food Group chairman Mohd Shah Hashim said the body was currently working out the mechanism to implement the pledge, which would require a clear understanding between food manufacturers and advertising/media agencies on what could and could not be promoted to children.
“We are targeting to implement this by the first quarter of next year, in collaboration with the Health Ministry.
“This covers all levels of media. Currently, the pledge applies to FMM members but in time we will have to bring the other industry players on board,” he said.
